Any thoughts on how too much exercise could cause a relapse?

if I knew I would be god... but: if there is a body which shows more autoimmun reactions as one then I think (!!!) that a relapse could occur. I think that me old life (what I changed radically) can support relapses - always fast, now, better the day before, slight mobbing in job (was over 50 and should feel --- tooo expensive, the cheaper ones are younger... and so on.

Everybody searches for reasons for his fate. But I think fate is fate and I have to arrange with. And so I do it - slower - and good organized. :|
